Seminary gutted in overnight blaze in Noorbagh

Srinagar, Jan 08, KDC: In an overnight massive fire mishap an Islamic seminary was gutted in Central Kashmir Srinagar district. An official told news agency KDC fire broke out in Madrasa Islamiya Arabia Daru Salaam Baghwanpora Noorbagh Srinagar during the intervening night of Thursday-Friday.

He said that fire was brought under control by fire tenders with the help of police and locals but couldn’t save the building from the massive fire and belongings worth lakhs got damaged No one was injured, however injured in the fire incident.

The official added that “The cause of fire was not known immediately, while a report has been registered and further investigation has been taken up. (KDC)
